| I feel like I'm posting a ton of beef recipes, but everybody in the family loves this one, you can start the rice cooking, do the beef while the rice cooks and be eating in 20 minutes - it's VERY easy. Also, this one would be just as good with some soy based ground beef substitute. | + | I made a batch of this the other day with 150% of the beef but more like 300% of the other ingredients. A bit spicer, a bit more flavor. Feel free to pump up the seasoning a bit. | ||
