====== Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies ======
Some nearly overcooked dulce de lece makes a great filling for these.

===== Ingredients =====
  * 2 ½ cups flour
  * ¾ cup cocoa powder
  * 1 tsp baking powder
  * 1 cup sugar
  * 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  * 1 cup butter, soft
  * 2 tsp vanilla
  * 2 eggs
  * Caramel blobs, homemade dulce de lece is great
  * Extra sugar for coating

===== Directions =====
  - Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla. 
  - Add dry ingredients, mix before if you’re feeling fancy.
  - Chill 2 hours if you can stand it. Preheat oven to 375F.
  - Roll balls of dough around blobs of caramel, trying to seal it in. Gently roll the filled ball in sugar and place on a baking sheet with grease or nonstick.
  - Bake for 8-10 minutes.
