====== Bean Mushroom Casserole ======
From Ally’s hand-written book of recipes, credited to her mom. 

===== Ingredients =====
  * 1 cup navy beans
  * 1 pint mushrooms finely chopped
  * 1 onion
  * lots of dill 
  * 3-4 cloves garlic
  * 2T sour cream
  * 2T olive oil
  * 1/2c grated parmesan

===== Directions =====
  - Boil beans. Lightly sauté onions and garlic. 
  - Mix beans, sauté, and mushrooms together in a pan. Bake 40mins at 375F. 
  - Add sour cream, dill, and cheese. Bake for 20min more. 
  - Serve with bread.
