====== Ruthies Chicken ====== Adapted form the Klutz book 'Kid's Cooking' - a long time family favorite - saved here only because I never remember cook time or temperature. One day when we were out of corn flake crumbs I tried panko, bread crumbs and something else, maybe Italian bread crumbs. All three were good. The panko was arguably better than cornflake crumbs... ===== Ingredients ===== * bone in, skin on chicken thighs * 1 stick butter * corn flake crumbs * paprika * seasoned salt ===== Directions ===== - Preheat the oven to 350 - melt the butter - wash and dry the thighs and then, for each: - sploosh it in butter, cover it in cornflake crumbs, put it in the baking pan - sprinkle the thighs with paprika and seasoned salt - bake for about an hour, until the meat easily comes from the bone originally submitted by mike on Dec 08, 2020 {{tag>mike}}
