====== Shm’s Lentil Balls ======
Shm picked the best bits from a few recipes and then I made my own few adjustments like the onion. Great basic template for veggie meatballs.

===== Ingredients =====
  * 1.5 cups dry lentils
  * .5 c bread crumbs
  * 2-4T nooch
  * 1/4t fennel
  * 1t oregano
  * 1/2t smoked paprika
  * pepper
  * 1t salt
  * 1/4t dill
  * parsley
  * fine chopped onion
  * 1-2 eggs

===== Directions =====
  - Cook the lentils and set oven to 350
  - Mix everything and form the balls on an oiled baking sheet
  - Bake for ~20 minutes, flipping/rolling halfway through
