====== Stovetop Lemon Tofu ======

===== Ingredients =====
  * 1 block tofu
  * 1 t soy sauce
  * 3 T lemon juice
  * 1 onion
  * 3 cloves garlic
  * 2 T butter

===== Directions =====
  - drain and slice tofu
  - finely chop onion and start to sauté in butter
  - add garlic
  - add tofu slices to brown on both sides
  - add lemon and soy sauce, cooking down to a thick glaze
