====== Tasty Taco Slaw ======
From a vegan "fish" tacos [[https://veganhuggs.com/vegan-fish-tacos-cilantro-lime-slaw/|recipe]]. Great in many taco settings.

===== Ingredients =====
  * 1/4 cup ([[vegan_mayo|vegan]]) mayo
  * 1-2 tbsp lime juice
  * 2 tsp honey (or agave nectar or maple syrup)
  * 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  * 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  * 1/2 tsp salt
  * 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded or chopped
  * 1 cup frozen corn
  * 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (or not)

===== Directions =====
  - Mix up dressing from mayo, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, and salt.
  - Toss with cabbage, corn, jalapeno, and cilantro.
