====== White Icing For Michael ======
Yea, I was searching for the Whoopie Pie recipe and I found this gem. My mom loved me a lot! But this recipe was too much work and she almost never made it for me. I'm still in therapy. This goes on a chocolate cake from a mix - it is *sublime*! I have no clue where we got the recipe.

===== Ingredients =====
  * 3 T flour
  * 1 cup milk

  * 1 cup sugar
  * 3/4 cup shortening
  * 1/4 tsp vanilla

===== Directions =====
  - Cook the flour and milk until it is thick
  - refrigerate for 30 minutes

  - mix in bowl: sugar, shortening, vanilla
  - add flour/milk mixture and beat until it is the consistency of whipped cream
