====== White Icing For Mike ======
I'm not sure where this came from, the name is from my Mom. I love this frosting - it's not super sweet like most frosting. But, it's a fair bit of work to make.  Goes great on chocolate cake.

===== Ingredients =====
  * 3 Tbsp flour
  * 1 cup milk
  * 1 cup sugar
  * 3/4 cup shortening
  * 1/4 tsp vanilla

===== Directions =====
  - Cook flour and milk until thick and put in refrigerator for 30 min.
  - Mix in bowl - sugar, shortening and vanilla
  - Add flour mixture and beat until it is the consistency of whipped cream
