Liege Waffle Recipe Search

I don't have a favorite liege waffle recipe yet. I can't remember which ones I've tried so I'd better start taking notes.

I want waffles now, 1-2 hours from now will have to do.

  • All conventional yeast but I threw maybe 20g of sourdough discard in just to use it. Quick as advertised but they came out a little dry.
