Carrot salad from Ally. I can never quite remember her default dressing.
My carrot salad is: shredded carrot, raisin, apples cut up small, cilantro with olive oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar and lemon
Obv I’m not making it with cilantro. It’s delicious even without apple bits but they are nice. Needs salt.
