Cream Egg

Fry an egg in cream!!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. add cream to cover the bottom of a small frying pan
  2. salt! don’t forget!
  3. crack the egg in
  4. place over medium heat, allowing the cream to separate and brown while frying the egg
  5. use a lid if needed, for the last bit of cooking or after removing from heat, to finish cooking the egg to your preference
  6. serve on toast
