Instant Pot Artichokes

So, the instant should be faster and easier to clean. But it's gonna take time to sort the right times…

First attempt: 25 minutes on high, 10 minutes sitting, release pressure and serve - medium size, reasonably dense chokes were pretty badly overcooked.

Next attempt: Try 18 minutes and 10 minutes.

1. pressure cook on high, leave under pressure,
2. make curry mayonnaise
3. vent, serve.
