Scallops With Ritz Crumbs

Larry Parker loved this recipe, so does his son. Be warned, it's kinda rich.

  1. Dip scallops in beaten egg, dredge in Ritz cracker crumbs. Put a bit of melted butter in to d bottom of the baking pan. Put coated scalloos in, dump in left- over crumbs, pour on about a stick of melted butter. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes, until crackers start to turn brown.
