I got it in my head to try making baby back ribs in the sous vide. Read a ton of different recipes on the internet - there are a lot of different ideas about time and temperature. I kinda figured it would take a few tries, but maybe all of the different schemes work equally well. Anyway, first attempt was 24 hours at 152 and the result was awesome.
I'm mostly posting this here to save me after I lose the note about time and temp.
