====== Banks Delicious Granola ======
It’s delicious. 

===== Ingredients =====
  * 3 c rolled oats (280 g)
  * 1 c large unsweetened coconut flakes (60 g)
  * 2 c chopped/sliced nuts (pecans, almonds, etc.)(~200 g)
  * 1 T coconut sugar (sub brown sugar (actually just leave out))
  * 1/2 t salt (decrease if nuts are salted)
  * 1/4 c (55 g) coconut oil
  * 1/3 c (115 g) honey
  * 2 t vanilla

===== Directions =====
  - Preheat oven to 325F. 
  - Warm coconut oil and honey in small saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 min, whisking until combined. Add vanilla. 
  - Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. 
  - Stir hot wet ingredients thoroughly into dry. Spread evenly on two parchment lined baking sheets. 
  - Bake 12 min, then rotate pans and bake for 4 min more. 
  - Remove paper from pans and let cool completely before disturbing.
