• 1 cup navy beans
• 1 pint mushrooms finely chopped
• 1 onion
• lots of dill
• 3-4 cloves garlic
• 2T sour cream
• 2T olive oil
• 1/2c grated parmesan

1. Boil beans. Lightly sauté onions and garlic.
2. Mix beans, sauté, and mushrooms together in a pan. Bake 40mins at 375F.
3. Add sour cream, dill, and cheese. Bake for 20min more.
4. Serve with bread.
