Shm picked the best bits from a few recipes and then I made my own few adjustments like the onion. Great basic template for veggie meatballs.

• 1.5 cups dry lentils
• .5 c bread crumbs
• 2-4T nooch
• 1/4t fennel
• 1t oregano
• 1/2t smoked paprika
• pepper
• 1t salt
• 1/4t dill
• parsley
• fine chopped onion
• 1-2 eggs

1. Cook the lentils and set oven to 350
2. Mix everything and form the balls on an oiled baking sheet
3. Bake for ~20 minutes, flipping/rolling halfway through
