• 1 block tofu
• 1 t soy sauce
• 3 T lemon juice
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 T butter

1. drain and slice tofu
2. finely chop onion and start to sauté in butter
3. add garlic
4. add tofu slices to brown on both sides
5. add lemon and soy sauce, cooking down to a thick glaze
