Yum. Based on https://www.wellplated.com/baked-turkey-meatballs/

• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1/3 c grated parmesan
• 1/3 c breadcrumbs (seasoned is nice)
• (3 T chopped fresh herbs)
• handful finely chopped onion
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 t garlic powder
• 1/2 t oregano
• 1/2 t basil if no fresh herbs
• some black pepper
• some red pepper flakes
• 1 egg

1. Mush it all together
2. Form balls and brush with oil
3. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes, until 165F inside
