I'm not sure where this came from, the name is from my Mom. I love this frosting - it's not super sweet like most frosting. But, it's a fair bit of work to make. Goes great on chocolate cake.

• 3 Tbsp flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup shortening
• 1/4 tsp vanilla

1. Cook flour and milk until thick and put in refrigerator for 30 min.
2. Mix in bowl sugar, shortening and vanilla
3. Add flour mixture and beat until it is the consistency of whipped cream
